I know pobox.com and others use the mail-abuse lists... You can check your IP at: http://www.mail-abuse.org/cgi-bin/lookup?aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd I know most are not in the RBL list, but further on down the page it will show inclusion in the dul (Dial Up List).
