It's something about wireless mice. IOgear claims to support the Mouseman+ mice (which have thumb buttons), but my wireless MouseMan+ couldn't scroll or use the thumb buttons. Your wired mice should work fine.

Ah this is good to know! Would it be the same for like Logitech's wired
optical mice and the KVM? Would I lose some of the features with that
like the thumb button? This is really crazy. I really need a good mouse
because my hand is giving me a lot of trouble. Guess I'll have to work
out something good even if it's bypassing the KVM which would really
suck.
