My company has about 20 Ultra5s forsale. They don't appear to have a consistent config. Processor: 270MHz (there are a few 340MHz) Memory: 128MB HD: 4GB or 8GB IDE NIC: Built-in Keyboard and Mouse include Loaded with Solaris 7. $100 each add a 19" Sun Monitor model CM751U for $25 Monitors can be had without a system.
