I recommend Penguin Computing's Altus 130. http://www.penguincomputing.com - if you call them ask for Emil Hsieh. He just helped my group at work with a cluster order - we used the Altus 130's for our slave nodes. They use Tyan motherboards and have a 3 year warranty standard. Emil can help you customize your server in about any way.
