Linux Weekly News apparently has some more information: http://lwn.net/Articles/42374/ They listened in on the press conference call and discovered there are two parts to the complaint. "The first is a request for a summary judgement that Red Hat has not violated SCO's copyrights or disclosed any SCO trade secrets. The second is a request for a permanent injunction to stop SCO's anti-Linux campaign." Not bad. Of course, I'm still waiting for the kernel hackers to ban together to sue SCO for claiming to "own" what they wrote...
