Use the official Red Hat 9 RPMs.  Make sure you know where your aliases 
file is and how to rebuild the aliases.db file for your MTA.  Other than 
that, make sure you have a mailman list, and that you're subscribed to 
it.  --help is your friend, and the tools are all in /var/lib/mailman/bin.
