Correct.

Fedora Core is not supposed to replace Red Hat Linux.  It's a new
project.

Not necessarily.  Red Hat Linux 10 won't exist, but that does not mean
that other products are not planned for the retail space.  Further
information on the retail product will be forthcoming...
