Maybe with some good financial backing, like Novell, we will see better, more mature software hitting the Linux market. I think this is a step forward for the Linux community.

I can't believe you used Novell and "good financial backing" in the same sentence. By the way RHAT with a market capitalization of 2.45B is only half a billion dollars below NOVL at 3.13B.
