well, the little guy works, but i just wanted to see if i could make it 
work better if possible.  perhaps i can convince my boss to pick up a 
few of these boxes ...

sad to say, new hardware or even used hardware is so cheap these days

spending an ounce of energy looking for a bios upgrade for a 486 may be
futile.
