Simple kernel  upgrade question

I have a machine running Redhat 7.2 .  The kernel is 2.4.7-10.  I plan on upgrading the kernel through up2date.  When I run it I see a list like this.

Package            Version      Release       Architecture

 Kernel          2.4.20               24.7                  i686

 Kernel headers  2.4.9                 34                     i386

 Kernel source    2.4.20               24.7                  i386

Should I download and install  all of these?  Is this the latest kernel that I should be using or should I try to download and install a more recent one?

Thanks

JoJo
