Hmmm, there is no RT311 listed on NetGear's site. In any case, look at your documentation - it will probably be described as setting up a DMZ.

And next time, buy a Linksys... :-)

The RT311 is just a RT314 without the internal 4 port switch. I've got one. Just look for port forwarding. Oh, and make sure you have the latest firmware. When it came out, it didn't have web configuration (the latest firmware, however, does). It's really old (almost 4 years now).

Oh, and Jon, my Netgear is just as good as any equivalent Linksys you
want to throw at it. ;-)
