actually it was a 1961 Ferrari 250 GT California. and The 1960 GT 2+2 had the following for a Tranny: Multi-plate clutch, 4-speed gearbox and overdrive + reverse, conventional differential The 1960 GTCabriolet has the sameee: Multi-plate clutch, 4-speed gearbox + overdrive + reverse, conventional differential so my estimation would be that it was a replica and was probably and automatic..
