I've gotten the 2.6 to compile and load on gentoo, but i've been unable
to get pcmcia-cs going so that i can use my wireless card. I'm running
a precompiled package of 2.6.0 from debian on my mythtv server; this
required essentially now intervention on my part other than "apt-get
install kernel-image-2.6.0-1-k7". I only had to add a command to the
boot parameters "ramdisk=4200" since the ramdisk was a bit too big for
the 4MB default.
