Hahahaha! You really don't know your laws do you? The only federal
spam law there is is the CAN-SPAM act that was just passed. And, there
are *no* local spam laws since it preempted it. All the CAN-SPAM act
says is that the sender must not obscure their message. Oh, and it only
refers to commercial e-mail, which this obviously is not.
Further disrespect *will* result in a complaint to the steeringcommitteedue to your behavior.
I'm sorry, Jim, but respect has to be earned and you so far have shown
no willingness to earn any respect at all. Feel free to complain to the
SC all you want about my private e-mail to you but there's absolutely
nothing they can do about that.
