ClamAV in combination with MailScanner. While your at it, you might as well run SpamAssassin. MailScanner is fantastic as a mail policy enforcer. If you use it this way, then it will catch and trash all those *.scr, *.pif, etc.. files that viruses try to pass onto to gullible Windows users. Even if the virus is a new one.
