I didn't take notes, i followed along on my laptop ssh'd back to my mail server, I really don't think i could set up a mail server again.

While it may not be as convenient as Jason's notes...I have a book named Postfix (Sams) that I used when I setup my server. I had never built a mail server before...in fact, I had never even seen a presentation on mailservers...and was pretty new to Linux at the time. I was up and running in less than 2 hours. Integrating mailman with Postfix and Apache...well, that was another story.
