i have two, maybe three clients who have networks consisting of windows desktops and linux servers. both are currently using individual antivirus products at the desktop level. i'd like to replace this with a centrally managed, linux server based antivirus package (i.e. the linux server pulls down the updates and distributes them to the workstations). in addition, i may be incorporating a mail gateway into these networks to handle virus/spam duties before being handed off to the "real" mail server, so anything that can be integrated into that role would be a plus, along with real time scanning of any samba shares that exist on the servers.
can anyone provide "real world" experience with a product that fits this profile? thanks, jason -- TriLUG mailing list : http://www.trilug.org/mailman/listinfo/trilug TriLUG Organizational FAQ : http://trilug.org/faq/ TriLUG Member Services FAQ : http://members.trilug.org/services_faq/ TriLUG PGP Keyring : http://trilug.org/~chrish/trilug.asc
