I have had the TWC VoIP service since the end of January and have been very pleased with it. No more LD charges! Every once in a while there is a slight time lag in a call and you find yourself talking at the same time as the other person, especially with cell phones. But other than that, calls are crystal clear. When calling Canada and Scotland, which I do quite a lot, I find no issues with lag time like I do when calling a cell phone. Out if country rates are very competitive and cheaper than I used to pay with MCI. The only major issue I have had was not having 911 set up. However, I sent an email to their support center around 7/8pm one night and the issue was resolved by noon the next day.
