I'm taking it at FTCC. Its the same. The instructor says he used to work with unix. So far - any time i've had any questions on the subject of linux they couldnt be answered. Thes is the first class they've had on linux
I'd have done just as good by just readiing the book. It's gettin me credit though, but , thats about it Any way - anybody interested in learning - the course technology book is really good. It has labs in the book and tells you exactly what to do keystroke by keystroke Theres no trying to figure it out. you just do what it says and watch it happen -----Original Message----- From: Phillip Rhodes <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Mar 24, 2004 11:53 AM To: Triangle Linux Users Group discussion list <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subject: [TriLUG] Re: Linux @ Wake-Tech (was: Iptables help) > > Man, i'm glad I didn't take that class. It was next up in my RHCE > training program there. As a rule, from what I've seen, none of the instructors teaching Linux at Wake Tech are especially knowledgeable about *running* Linux. I'm in the NET-155 class (Linux System Administration) this semester, -- TriLUG mailing list : http://www.trilug.org/mailman/listinfo/trilug TriLUG Organizational FAQ : http://trilug.org/faq/ TriLUG Member Services FAQ : http://members.trilug.org/services_faq/ TriLUG PGP Keyring : http://trilug.org/~chrish/trilug.asc
