I will definitely take that into consideration and try Intrex again the next time I need something. I don't expect everyone to be knowledgeable in Linux, I'd rather get a blank stare and a "uh, I don't know" than a "its bad and you should not use it". I know Linux isn't for everyone (well, actually it is, hehe) but there's no sense turning away people who are curious or interested... :) Another $.02... --mike
