[TriLUG] is there a better tool than redhat-config-securitylevel

I have a redhat 9.0 system and would like to iptables. 

1)is there a better replacent tool for redhat-config-securitylevel?
2)Or do I have to manually edit the file?
A good gui here would be very nice.
