That's a good point. It's too bad that whatever technology they have is getting smeared by poor marketing. The guy asked for a link on www.sigtran.org. I said, "No can do." I expained to him how his customers were more likely to use a non-IE browser than the browsing public in general. He was kind enough to send "Thanks." The advice about not flaming was true in this experience.
