[TriLUG] How Fedora and the community interact (for those who missed it)

LWN ran an article recently with a simple to understand explanation of 
the Fedora Open Source process at:  http://lwn.net/Articles/83360/

I felt inspired by rh_sales in the story, and hacked the Fedora Core 2 
theme package a bit to include what I believe should be the Fedora Core 
logo "/EAT YOUR BRAAAAAANE."
