I am a geocacher also. The only software I've seen around is the already mentioned GPSBabel. Beyond that, I've been using a windows PDA solution to carry waypoints, etc. The only thing I've attemtped thus far was to have my found caches sent to me in a .gpx file daily. I then parse the XML with a perl script, output a small HTML chunk and a data file. The script then queries the Tiger map server to plot the found waypoints on a map and dumps it to the website.
