[TriLUG] Asterisk and other VOIP users

So now that I have been playing with this I find myself wondering how 
to I call all my friends with Vonage without using the POTS?

I have seen something about calling Vonage from FWD, but not directly. 
I would understand if that isn't possible, but then what about through 
Voicepulse?
