[TriLUG] RedHat 9 upgrade paths?

If I have a RedHat 9 box what are my options in moving to a supported 
version of RedHat (like RHEL AS v3)?

I have seen some how-tos on moving to Fedora using Yum anyone else have 
a better method?

Thanks and by the way I want to do the upgrade today so answer fast!
