I have updated a system from 2.4 to a 2.6.7 kernel. It is a redhat 86
system and seem to run fairly well.
Now when I try and run rpm -qa I get the message rpm -qa
rpmdb: write: 0xbfffc530, 8192: Invalid argument
error: db4 error(22) from dbenv->open: Invalid argument
error: cannot open Packages index using db3 - Invalid argument (22)
error: cannot open Packages database in /var/lib/rpm
no packages
Does anybody have any ideas on what this problem might be?
