Actually no...hosting software is many times all inclusive. Plesk for instance includes MySQL, PostgreSQL, Qmail, Apache (frontpage, php, python, cgi, etc), DNS and you can purchase other addons like ColdFusion. It allows APPWS the ability to quickly and easily setup and maintain our customers. You can get in and custom configure many things too if so desired.
