I use zoneedit, and I definitely recommend it.  I haven't noticed slow
updates like Chris, but then I haven't had to change my IP that often
either.  They claim to update instantly. However, if your ISP caches
the DNS entry, it may take up to an hour before your ISP get the new
IP right.
