New?!? e-mail address validation? It's not new at all. I've seen spammers doing that for several years now.

You're right; I didn't really mean "new" in the sense of "new like "new car" or "new job" or such. New is such a imprecise, relative word. 'We (humans) are extremely "new" in this universe'. :-)
