This is kind of surprising, but shows that it's something affecting all traffic to moya, not just a particular port. This means it's not necessarily a firewall rule, it could be a routing or other connectivity issue. MTA was mentioned before, but given that you can't even make a SYN / ACK pair, it's not the MTA, as MTA problems only affect large packet transfers.
My traceroute tests from home show that I can get as far as Inflow.
