For my squid logs I use a program called sarg
(http://sarg.sourceforge.net/sarg.php), which works quite well. But
the author also has a maillog parser called mailmgr available at the
same site. Unfortunately it bombs on my maillogs because of my
mimedefang info being written into my maillog(and I haven't had time
to analyze why). Also it would probably be of little use to you
Tanner, as it is sendmail only. But I thought I would pass it on as
it might work for others.

I was actually going to post this very same question, as I would like
to find something that can handle my mimedefang stats as well as mail
stats.
