for cheap web hosting only, I recommend affordablehost.com, I have heard wonders about them and I am probably gonna go with them soon myself. You can get differrent packages up to however much you want, but starting around $10/mo or something like that for hosing only. Don't know about colocation, but I don't need it and don't want the headache for sideline projects.
