Oh it's easy enough to install. I was just recalling the many recommendations in the install docs for how to handle *large* mediawiki sites using caching front end servers, etc. With mediawiki, you don't need to worry about how big or how high-traffic your wite will get. It can handle it as long as you have the hardware and bandwidth to support the usage. :-)
