From NC State I get better throughput going to other mirrors. I-bib is consistantly very slow. If you don't wear a tinfoil hat, the .gov mirrors are consistantly faster, at least for me.

Due to previous lack of interest, the mirrors are presently unavailable. If enough clamor arises they might be brought back to life, but as you're the first person I've heard ask about them since they were taken out of service months ago, I don't foresee their return in the immediate future.
