And in related news, the estate of lyricist Johnny Mercer has announced a trademark lawsuit about Mandriva, according to lawyers representing the estate, the misspelling of moon and river and the missing space are not legal defenses against the blatant attempt to take on the trade dress of the famous song from Breakfast at Tiffany. Tiffany & Co has joined the lawsuit as a co-plaintiff.
