in the "ServerLayout" section at the end. Sorry I can't help you on the 1 video card with two outs thing though, I have no idea about that one. I'm using two separate cards to do it here.
The Xinerama thing that I recommeded before will extend the desktop over the two monitors instead of them each having their own task bar, but I actually prefer not to use Xinerama because it does a lot of other funky stuff. But try it out and see what you think, don't take my word for it...

What I want to be able to do is to have two monitors act as one, I want to be able to move my mouse arrow from one monitor and have it show up in the other monitor as if it were moving across one screen. My system OS is Redhat Enterprise linux 4 Workstation, kernel 2.4.21-27 and I have a nvidia Quadro Fx 1400 PCI dual head, DVI port video card installed.
