Just to add to the mix, I just had some trouble accessing the Account
Request page, armed with my registered e-mail address and member number,
so perhaps the member number request form is not the only malfunctioning
form today.. And yes, I already e-mailed [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the
problem, as suggested by the error message with which I was presented.

This is an area that could use a bit of work. What we've done
in the past is just have people fill out the account request
form again and add "-resetpassword" to the end of username.
That encrypts the password and sends it to Aaron and I (which
also needs to be changed) and then we can reset it manually.
