Just to tell the other side...

I live in an area of the triangle (east, Zebulon)... DSL is all that's
available. Bellsouth is good, albeit expensive, but it seems to be
reliable. And their premium 3mbit package includes a static IP and
doesn't forbid servers... so if that's the direction you wanna go,
feel free.

I've never have cable inet, so I can't compare them, but I've been
happy with DSL.
