Perhaps not.  And perhaps a joint smoking Tux or a middle-finger
fsck'ing "Bill" is not the best representative of the Linux community.
 No more than the purveyor of an window sticker of a little boy peeing
on a Ford logo claims to be "pro-Chevy."  It's about selling t-shirts.

The word "Linux" does not appear on the site, this person does not
claim to represent the Linux community in any way, and he/she is
entitled to the right of free speech.

Personally, I find the meditating (Lotus) Tux and dancing tux
(emulating the LSD bears) to be quite amusing.
