What if I once registered for membership with TriLUG, I have a trilug.org

Your subject to different rules one you move out of state. As are
jeremyp, chrish, etc. Although, I don't think those rules are
enforced.

Technically, you have to be a resident of North Carolina to be a member of TriLUG. So, once you are no longer considered a resident by the state, you are no longer a member. It is my understanding that TriLUG has no enforced policies on how to revoke membership, but as far as the state of NC is concerned (the state is relevant, as that's where the requirement comes from, as part of the non-profit organization requirements/status), you are no longer a member of TriLUG. What TriLUG chooses to do with things such as your shell account is another matter.

Being on the mailman membership database for the trilug mailing list does not make you a member of TriLUG. Never has, never will. Anyone, anywhere, can subscribe to the list and be active. Unless you are in the TriLUG membership database (which is different than the mailman database), you are not a member of TriLUG.

Anything beyond that, the current SC will need to comment on. These are my understanding of the rules, nothing more.
