Ok Guys... I have been fighting this for quite some time...

I have a Dell XPS which features the Pentium D Processor, Chipset is Intel 82801, I also have 3 SATA drives in this machine...

SuSE Defaults to 64bit on this box and works perfectly, However I would prefer to run 32 bit. but installing 32 bit, yast does not recognize the drives...

Anyone got any clues how to get past this or common fix for this...

This is also true with Mandriva 2006, FC4, Ubuntu.
