I use roadrunner and they are not blocking http traffic as I am in the process of testing my web server. Since I have roadrunner I have not phone line with Bellsouth or digital phone. Completely cellular and love it. One less bill to pay. Have been completely cellular for almost two years now. I recommend it as long as you get a good signal in the house.
