[TriLUG] hard drive recovery service

anyone have a hard drive repair/recovery service they can recommend? 
got a laptop drive with some critical data, the drive itself is clicking 
and clacking and making all sorts of horrible noises.  the bios and OS 
can see it but disk reads of any sort go nowhere.
