google for gyach. Supports webcams and voice on Y!.
Crashes a bit on my system, but then, my system is a little wonky anyway.
I can only vouch for the webcam ability; never used the voice myself.

Tested Gizmo today, and it does in fact send tones. I was able to access my
cell phone voice box, no problem. Seemed to have smoother duplex support -
it can take advantage of alsa.
Retried Skype, and still no go on sending tones. Still limited to oss
drivers.

Does Gizmo support sending tones?
With Skype, I've had a problem using the dialer to send tones to phonebots
and answering machines, whenever there's a "Press one to leave a message"
situation.
Especially with the linux client, which uses the OSS drivers and doesn't
seem to support duplex audio.
I've noticed that Gizmo has support for alsa. Is it possible to send
tones?
Thanks,

Works fine. Be careful on the installer, though, at least for OS X: if
you
allow the Gizmo Project installer to scan your Address Book (there's a
yes/no dialog box), it scrapes every email address and sends them all
invites to download and install Gizmo.
(No, I didn't, but I received an email from an acquaintance of mine
because he wasn't cautious. I received three identical emails from him,
in
fact: one for each address he had on record for me.)
Perhaps Gizmo's installer has changed since a couple of months ago, but
that was its behavior then.
Other than that unlovely installer feature, works fine for me, at least
on
OS X.
