Well the last time *I* tried it, I ended up forking a parallel universe.
Lost track of what happened to my old(1) universe.
(1) Or maybe it was my NEW universe, I get a bit confused sometimes.
Check the return code of fork().
In the OLD universe, the return code will be the PID of the
NEW universe. In the NEW universe, the return code will be
zero.
