WCPSS has also implemented Oracle 11i ERP Suite which includes GL, Budgeting, Accounts payable, Receivable, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Inventory, HR & Payroll, Time & Attendance, etc.
Perhaps the Oracle licensing is covering not just the apps that run on this particular sun, but other systems as well...that would make a little more sense.
