I had my card with me - They said that only certain parts and such were discounted - none of which I purchased I guess when I pieced together my computer...

Here's the scoop on what parts are discounted. TriLUG members should get what's called Intrex's "Discount" pricing. You can login to the Intrex.com parts web page to see the discount pricing on each part they carry. The login information is available in the members website here: http://members.trilug.org/benefit_info/ You will need to provide your TriLUG membership information. In order to claim your Intrex discount you will need to show your TriLUG membership card, and it must be stamped with the TriLUG seal. The employees verifying your card should be aware of this information.

Any Intrex employee should be able to tell you this, if they can't, ask for the manager. If he isn't available, doesn't know, or isn't cooperative, ask them to call and confirm with Ramzi Ziade. If you have bad experiences in the future at Intrex, please email [EMAIL PROTECTED], which is read by a very nice gentlemen who is sincerely interested in keeping up with both positive and negative experiences in the stores (Ramzi). I was glad to see that Jason has already forwarded some of these concerns on to our Intrex contact, and I trust that these issues will quickly be addressed internally.
