http://www.nomachine.com/ -- NX is another very good choice.  It's much
more comparable to RDP than VNC, as it gives much better performance
from my experience.


+1 for NX.  Unless shared sessions are required, we're switching many
servers over to FreeNX at Cisco.  I *love* NX and try not to use VNC unless
I have to.
