That extra buck is for the candidate who meets a minimum of four of
the unstated qualifications:
* Leaps tall buildings with a single bound
* Is faster than a speeding bullet
* Is more powerful than a locomotive
* Walks on water(1)
* Can feed the whole staff lunch with a single loaf of bread and a fish
* Talks to the dead (or laid off, or retired, or fed-up and hired by
google) (2)
(1) - An extra fifty cents if the water doesn't need to be frozen first.
(2) - Just seeing dead people, however, is a disqualifying condition
in most cases
